About Us
Our salon is designed with a single purpose in mind: to prioritize your pet's comfort.
Having worked in various salons over the years, we chose to avoid an open-plan layout like most establishments in the area. The constant flow of people can be distracting and stressful for dogs, as some may try to interact with them through the windows. We aim to create a serene environment that allows for a true one-on-one grooming experience.
Instead of multiple grooming tables in one space, we use grooming 'pods' that provide each groomer with a private area to work in, ensuring a more relaxed atmosphere for pets, especially those that are nervous or reactive.
Our bathing area features non-slip matting for your pet's safety, with ample windows and air conditioning throughout the salon. We offer a variety of kennels, play pens, tethers, and rooms to keep pets comfortable while they wait for their owners.
We welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds, and while most pets manage grooming well, we will need to discuss options if your dog is excessively noisy. Our priority is to maintain a calm environment for all pets in our care.

We motivate our staff to achieve their best while promoting growth and education. We continuously reach out to support other small businesses and charities, fostering collaboration and mutual support. As we grow, we want to see other businesses flourish, regardless of their journey. We also love to share other businesses on social media. Additionally, we have window and magazine space available for a small fee, with all proceeds going to charity.
